Kyle Larson: What The Heck Just Happened?

So Kyle Larson, a NASCAR Driver competing in an online race of members of the NASCAR grid, decided to be racist while forgetting he was, you know, on a race being streamed around the world. The absolute moron decided to say the word "N****". Obviously, I can't put it here. I don't have 13 million dollars to lose every year. This is unfortunate because he was driving in the same team as Scott Dixon and was actually a relatively talented driver.

Another unfortunate thing is that Larson has made more shadows over NASCAR, a sport with a heavy outside view of being racist and the organization didn't actually handle it very well at all. I mean, I can watch NASCAR pretty happily, it's a great thing to watch that brings a totally different vibe to a room than Formula One. I'm not from the States, so I can't exactly speak from a place of expertise. Here is his apology video, which I think is pretty pointless. What an absolute moron. Some credit to him though, he seems somewhat genuine, I guess. Go well, Kyle.

Make Chicago Great Again.

The Chicago Bulls have just hired Arturas Karnisovas as the new Head of Basketball Operations. He's coming from his role in Denver as their General Manager. This finally means we can say good to the absolute dog named John Paxson. The even better news is knowing that Arturas is now in charge of replacing that other dog who is named Gar Forman, the current Bulls GM. This front office restructure will hopefully do a lot for the Bulls. Let's be honest, if you support Basketball, you support Chicago. You don't necessarily like them, but nobody moans when Chicago wins a game or two... Probably because they don't win games that much anymore. Let's also admit this, Chicago hosted what is probably the best All-Star Weekend, in terms of format, I've seen in years. I'm a big fan of Chicago sports, I hope they do really well. But let's see what other moves the new Head of Basketball Operations makes for his front office. Let's also hope they can get rid of ...

Vince Carter, current Atlanta Hawks small forward and shooting guard, was set to play his final regular-season game tomorrow in his NBA career. His professional career started when he was drafted fifth overall in 1998 by the Golden State Warriors, but then traded to Toronto in exchange for the fourth pick, Antawn Jamison. They were both Juniors out of North Carolina. Along with Jamison, Vince was drafted in a class that included Paul Pierce, Dirk Nowitzki, Rashard Lewis and Mike Bibby. Vince Carter This post is a bit different from the usual crap you see on Yammer. But here are some really impressive numbers that won't be able to sum up who Vince Carter was as a basketball player. Vince, at this point in time, has played in 1541 NBA games, averaging 16.7 points a game, 4.3 Rebounds and 3.1 Assists. He has contributed over 25,000 points to scoreboards across the NBA in his career and swatted 888 shots as recorded blocks in his career. Stats are impressive and Vince's s...
